ManViewer - A Web-enabled Manual Reader for Linux and Irix
Version 0.9 Download 23K
A Perl CGI that allows you to remotely search and view the man pages using a web browser. It allows section browsing, partial word and phrase searching. It also is fully hyperlinked within each man page. This cross-browser compatible tool is for remote-access users. (If you have a direct high-speed connection to your server, then the man-page viewer, typically an X-windows variant, that came with your system may be a better choice.) You can click on any of the thumbnail screen shots to see an enlarged view.
Search result for "nice"

Note: ManViewer requires the 'man2html' program found on most IRIX and LINUX systems.
